When we think of connectivity or connectedness as fundamental to being it is easy to think only in terms of a multitude of static geometric lines from A to B but this reduction is not an accurate or helpful picture. It is better to think of inter-PLAY or inter-ACTION where the element of lively energetic care-free mutual responsiveness is the essence of being and the location of God in relationship. The great 'dance around' (Greek: peri-choresis) which is a very helpful description of the relational life within the Trinity is the living ever changing playful centre of inter-dependant being! Or as Van Morrison said "it's all in the wonderful game".
