Love is crucial not optional
To posit my being extensively to all that is outside of my own body: created, tangible, sentient, non sentient existence and not just in my body connects me lovingly to these things.

My hope is that I can in my own small way re-ignite the "Galilean vision of humility" through my exploration of "Centering Prayer" or "Heartfulness" :)
